Details:
...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

White River.

Eel River at Bowling Green.

.Significant and potentially major flooding is expected to develop
in the White River basin due to several rounds of heavy rainfall
through Sunday. The current forecast includes three to seven inches
of rain over 72 hours in the White basin, but does not include the
final round of heavy rainfall expected Saturday and Saturday night,
so crests will likely be higher than those currently forecast and
last longer.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Spencer.

* WHEN...From Friday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Prospect Park area, western outskirts, and
East Street begin to flood in Spencer.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:30 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 5.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late Friday
evening to 19.8 feet early Saturday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central,
southeast, southwest, and west central Indiana, including the
following counties, in central Indiana, Bartholomew, Boone,
Decatur, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Marion,
Morgan, Rush and Shelby. In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry
and Randolph. In south central Indiana, Brown, Jackson, Lawrence
and Monroe. In southeast Indiana, Jennings. In southwest Indiana,
Daviess, Greene, Knox, Martin and Sullivan. In west central
Indiana, Clay, Owen, Putnam and Vigo.

* WHEN...From 8 PM EDT this evening through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are
possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall will impact central Indiana
late today through early Sunday.

Flash flooding will be possible tonight into Thursday with
significant river flooding developing late this week into the
weekend.
