| Confidence is high that widespread rainfall will continue through Wednesday morning, with additional totals of 1 to 3 inches expected and locally higher amounts possible. This rainfall may lead to several hazards, including low land and agricultural flooding, areal flooding with standing water, and road flooding near creeks and streams. As runoff continues, eventual river flooding is also possible. |
